At Incite Solutions Group, we deliver people-first rehabilitation services that support individuals navigating injury or illness, while also working in partnership with employers to create tailored, sustainable solutions.

Founded by three women with diverse expertise in workplace and psychosocial rehabilitation, Incite Solutions Group was created to deliver services differently – services grounded in values, driven by results, and centred on people.

Meet Our Leaders

In addition to driving operational excellence and leading the people strategy at Incite Solutions Group, Marisa works closely with employers who want to address workplace challenges thoughtfully, strategically and with genuine care for the people involved. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience across a wide range of workplaces, she brings perspective, balance and calm to situations that can otherwise feel reactive, emotive or stuck.

Her approach has been shaped by senior leadership roles within the Commonwealth public sector, as well as through co‑founding and leading Incite Solutions Group. This breadth of experience gives Marisa a nuanced understanding of organisational systems, leadership pressures and the real‑world impacts of workplace decisions. She is particularly skilled at helping leaders recognise how decisions made in moments of tension can have lasting consequences for individuals, culture and organisational outcomes.

Warm, approachable and highly skilled, Marisa creates safe and respectful spaces for difficult conversations. Through workplace facilitation and mediation, she supports leaders and teams to strengthen communication, address conflict constructively and navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence. Her mediation practice is practical, balanced and outcomes‑focused, supporting sustainable working relationships while maintaining dignity and fairness for all parties.

Marisa is an Australian Rehabilitation Provider Association (ARPA) WA Council member and currently represents WA on the ARPA National Council, reflecting her commitment to contributing to the broader workplace rehabilitation industry and her belief in the meaningful difference this work makes for injured workers, employers and key stakeholders. She was also awarded ARPA WA’s Exceptional Leadership Award (2021) in recognition of her contribution to the sector.

Claudia brings a thoughtful, grounded, and highly skilled approach to complex clinical and workplace environments. As an experienced Occupational Therapist and Chief Compliance Officer, she is recognised for her strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to bring clarity to clinically, organisationally, or operationally challenging situation.

With over 18 years’ experience in workplace rehabilitation, Claudia has extensive expertise in cognitive and physical assessment, rehabilitation and return‑to‑work services. Her background includes cognitive rehabilitation, functional assessment, and evidence‑based return‑to‑work and vocational rehabilitation planning, ensuring compliance‑aligned and defensible practice within high‑risk, multidisciplinary environments.

Claudia has significant experience conducting Physical Work Performance Evaluations (PWPE) and a wide range of workplace‑based assessments and interventions, including:

  • Ergonomic and workstation assessments
  • Worksite and task‑specific functional assessments
  • Forklift and safety‑critical role assessments
  • Cognitive and physical demands analysis

She has a strong understanding of how cognitive, physical and psychosocial factors interact to influence work performance, safety and sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes, particularly in physically demanding or cognitively complex roles.

Claudia also has extensive experience supporting veterans and DVA clients, undertaking ADL assessments, functional evaluations and complex capacity assessments to inform rehabilitation planning, return‑to‑function goals and long‑term outcomes. A qualified clinician in FIM and WeeFIM, she works confidently in highly complex contexts, balancing objective, evidence‑based decision‑making with genuine care.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Claudia plays a central role in quality assurance, clinical governance, and risk management, ensuring services consistently meet high standards and aligned with regulatory, contractual, and ethical requirements. She is a trusted resource to clients and colleagues, valued for her clinical insight, compliance expertise and solutions‑focused approach.

Danielle Murphy is a highly experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor and respected leader in the vocational rehabilitation sector, with more than 20 years’ experience supporting individuals, employers and systems to navigate complex psychological and workplace challenges with clarity, care and confidence.

She is known for her ability to step back from complexity, make sense of difficult situations and provide clear, practical guidance when progress feels stalled.

Danielle’s work is grounded in deep expertise in trauma, PTSD and neurodiversity, alongside extensive experience in vocational assessment, vocational counselling and career development. She supports people to make informed decisions about return to work, role redesign or career redirection, with a strong focus on outcomes that are realistic, meaningful and sustainable. Danielle has worked across high‑complexity vocational rehabilitation environments for many years, developing a nuanced understanding of systems, stakeholders and the commercial realities that influence outcomes. She currently serves as a Director of the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), contributing to professional leadership, governance and the ongoing development of the profession.

In addition to her clinical and leadership work, Danielle is an experienced training professional. She designs and delivers education programs and workshops across areas such as vocational counselling, vocational assessment, vicarious trauma, neurodiversity in the workplace and managing challenging behaviours. Her training is valued for its practical focus, evidence‑informed content and real‑world relevance.

Danielle is also an ADDCA‑accredited ADHD Coach, bringing specialist expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals to build sustainable strategies for work, wellbeing and performance. Recognised for her contribution to the profession, she was awarded Rehabilitation Counsellor of the Year (2021 Allied Health Award). Calm, warm and insightful, Danielle is trusted for her judgement, depth of experience and steady leadership.

Our founders built Incite Solutions Group as a service provider with a values-based approach that puts people first. We don’t apply cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, we take the time to understand the individual, the workplace, and the wider context. We see each person as more than a case file, and every workplace as an essential partner in the recovery journey.

Meet The Team

Chelsea supports injured workers with a calm, capable and highly practical approach. As an ESSA‑accredited Exercise Physiologist, she brings strong clinical insight and current experience within the WA workers’ compensation system, including active rehabilitation support for first responder personnel.

She takes a systematic, results‑focused approach and works collaboratively with medical, insurer and workplace stakeholders to support positive, durable return‑to‑work outcomes while reducing the risk of re‑injury.

Chelsea has also completed professional development in psychological injury and trauma‑informed practice, including PTSD‑focused training. This supports a holistic understanding of recovery, particularly for first responders, and enables her to effectively manage the interaction between physical and psychological factors.

Known for her professional manner and clear communication style, Chelsea is committed to helping clients regain confidence, function and independence through practical, evidence‑based rehabilitation.

Elaine brings more than 25 years’ experience supporting individuals and organisations through complex workplace and psychological challenges. As a registered psychologist, she is known for her calm, considered approach and her ability to work thoughtfully with people navigating high‑stress, sensitive and often life‑changing circumstances.

Her work spans a wide range of workplace rehabilitation contexts, with a particular interest in supporting military personnel and veterans as they transition into civilian life and employment. Elaine also has a strong focus on occupational stress, psychological injury and PTSD, and brings deep experience to the assessment and management of complex mental health presentations.

Elaine is highly sought after for the delivery of psychological counselling within the workers’ compensation framework, valued for her strong understanding of the system and her ability to build rapport quickly with clients and stakeholders. This enables her to work effectively within often complex and constrained contexts while maintaining a highly person‑centred approach.

She is highly skilled in undertaking comprehensive assessments, including total and permanent disability (TPD) and employability assessments. With steady judgement and a client‑focused lens, Elaine supports sound decision‑making in complex cases involving workplace stress, anxiety and depression, and is valued for her expertise, professionalism and thoughtful insight.

Megan works alongside individuals and employers to create practical, achievable pathways to employment. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor with a strong background in behavioural science and human resources, she brings a well‑rounded understanding of both people and workplaces, and is known for building genuine, trusted relationships that support meaningful progress.

Megan specialises in vocational assessment, vocational counselling and redeployment services. She is sought after to undertake medico‑legal vocational assessments, valued for her thorough, evidence‑based approach and her ability to translate complex information into clear, defensible recommendations.

With a strong understanding of the local labour market, Megan adds significant value to vocational assessments and counselling by grounding advice in realistic employment opportunities. This insight enables her to support sound decision‑making for clients, insurers and employers alike.

Her approach is thoughtful, analytical and strongly human‑centred. Using research‑informed practice, careful inquiry and a strengths‑based lens, Megan supports clients to build confidence, capacity and work readiness. She places a strong emphasis on practical preparation for workforce re‑entry, including the development of tools, strategies and supports that help clients transition into sustainable employment with clarity and confidence.

Resourceful, empathetic and solutions‑focused, Megan is valued by colleagues, clients and stakeholders for her collaborative approach and her ability to deliver outcomes that are both realistic and meaningful.

Nicola brings more than 15 years’ experience across clinical care, occupational health and injury management. As a Registered Nurse, she is known for her calm, confident presence and her ability to support people through recovery in a way that feels steady, informed and reassuring. 

Nicola works closely with injured workers, medical practitioners and workplace stakeholders across various schemes, to support safe, sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes. She builds strong, respectful relationships and communicates clearly, helping everyone involved stay aligned and focused on practical progress. 

Valued by clients for her genuine care, and by insurers for her professionalism and results‑focused approach, Nicola is a trusted partner in complex recovery journeys. Whether guiding someone through rehabilitation or collaborating with treating teams, she brings consistency, compassion and a strong commitment to achieving positive outcomes for all involved. 

With over 30 years of experience in occupational therapy and rehabilitation, Valerie is a highly skilled clinician committed to supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve independence, meaningful participation, and improved quality of life. Her career spans hospital, community, compensation, and vocational rehabilitation settings, enabling her to deliver holistic, client-centred and evidence-based interventions tailored to each person’s goals.

Valerie has significant expertise in neurological rehabilitation, particularly acquired brain injury (ABI), supporting clients with cognitive, physical, and psychosocial challenges. She is experienced in comprehensive assessment, personalised therapy planning, functional capacity evaluation, ADL retraining, cognitive and behavioural strategies, environmental modification, and assistive technology prescription.

Her strong background in vocational rehabilitation includes workplace assessment, ergonomic evaluation, and graded return-to-work planning, supporting clients to re-engage in meaningful occupational roles and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Valerie is also highly skilled in managing complex cases and coordinating care within multidisciplinary teams, working closely with medical specialists, allied health professionals, insurers, and community providers. Her experience in compensation and insurance-based systems enables her to develop structured, goal-directed rehabilitation programs that meet legislative and funding requirements while remaining firmly focused on positive client outcomes.

In addition, Valerie’s background in occupational health and safety enhances her ability to assess risk and implement safe, practical, and effective functional solutions that support clients across home, workplace, and community environments.

Known for her empathetic, practical, and collaborative approach, Valerie takes time to understand each client’s goals and values. She combines strong clinical reasoning with personalised strategies that promote independence, confidence, and long-term wellbeing, making her a trusted and highly respected Occupational Therapist.

Luka supports injured workers with a practical, person-centred approach focused on restoring function, building confidence and achieving sustainable return-to-work outcomes. While Luka is newer to workplace rehabilitation, she brings a strong clinical foundation as a registered Physiotherapist, with experience across inpatient rehabilitation, orthopaedics, cardiorespiratory care and neurological rehabilitation.

She has well-developed skills in assessing situations, understanding how different conditions present, and considering how those factors may impact recovery, function and the rehabilitation process. Luka uses this clinical reasoning to identify barriers early and contribute to tailored, practical rehabilitation strategies that support safe and sustainable outcomes.

Luka is organised, considered and confident in her professional judgement. She works well within multidisciplinary teams and communicates clearly with clients, treatment providers and other stakeholders to keep rehabilitation planning focused and on track.

With a genuine interest in workplace rehabilitation and injury management, Luka brings a thoughtful, capable and collaborative approach to supporting workers and employers through the return-to-work process.
