Elaine brings more than 25 years’ experience supporting individuals and organisations through complex workplace and psychological challenges. As a registered psychologist, she is known for her calm, considered approach and her ability to work thoughtfully with people navigating high‑stress, sensitive and often life‑changing circumstances.

Her work spans a wide range of workplace rehabilitation contexts, with a particular interest in supporting military personnel and veterans as they transition into civilian life and employment. Elaine also has a strong focus on occupational stress, psychological injury and PTSD, and brings deep experience to the assessment and management of complex mental health presentations.
