Marisa Leccese

COO & Co‑Founder | Rehabilitation Counsellor

In addition to driving operational excellence and leading the people strategy at Incite Solutions Group, Marisa works closely with employers who want to address workplace challenges thoughtfully, strategically and with genuine care for the people involved. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience across a wide range of workplaces, she brings perspective, balance and calm to situations that can otherwise feel reactive, emotive or stuck.

Her approach has been shaped by senior leadership roles within the Commonwealth public sector, as well as through co‑founding and leading Incite Solutions Group. This breadth of experience gives Marisa a nuanced understanding of organisational systems, leadership pressures and the real‑world impacts of workplace decisions. She is particularly skilled at helping leaders recognise how decisions made in moments of tension can have lasting consequences for individuals, culture and organisational outcomes.

Warm, approachable and highly skilled, Marisa creates safe and respectful spaces for difficult conversations. Through workplace facilitation and mediation, she supports leaders and teams to strengthen communication, address conflict constructively and navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence. Her mediation practice is practical, balanced and outcomes‑focused, supporting sustainable working relationships while maintaining dignity and fairness for all parties.

Marisa is an Australian Rehabilitation Provider Association (ARPA) WA Council member and currently represents WA on the ARPA National Council, reflecting her commitment to contributing to the broader workplace rehabilitation industry and her belief in the meaningful difference this work makes for injured workers, employers and key stakeholders. She was also awarded ARPA WA’s Exceptional Leadership Award (2021) in recognition of her contribution to the sector.
