Helping people and workplaces move forward with clarity and confidence.
We support individuals, employers and stakeholders working within a range of statutory and long-term care schemes. People come to us for different reasons—recovering after an injury, supporting a safe return to work, or seeking independent guidance within a complex system. Our role is to provide clear, respectful and practical support that is tailored to the specific circumstances involved.
While each scheme has its own rules and pathways, what matters most to us is understanding who is involved, what they are facing, and what outcome they are working towards. We work with people at all stages, including when situations become complex or have stalled, to help bring structure, clarity and a way forward.
Whether you are an individual seeking guidance, an employer supporting a staff member, or a stakeholder considering a referral, you are welcome to reach out for an initial conversation. You don’t need to have everything worked out—our role is to listen, understand the context and help clarify next steps. Early contact can be helpful; however, we work with people at any stage to explore appropriate, practical options for support.

We support individuals, employers and stakeholders following a workplace
injury or incident across WA and Commonwealth workers’ compensation schemes.
Early referral is ideal; however, referral at any stage remains a positive
step forward. We take time to understand the individual circumstances,
workplace context and recovery needs before undertaking appropriate
assessments to help guide planning and decision‑making.
Our work focuses on safe, sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes, balancing
recovery, functional capacity and the realities of the workplace. With
experience across a wide range of industries and work environments, our
consultants understand that recovery is not
When challenges arise or plans don’t progress as expected, we provide
practical, independent guidance to help all parties move forward with clarity
and confidence.

We work with people who have sustained injuries as a result of motor vehicle
incidents, supporting recovery, functional improvement and participation in
meaningful work.
Our services include vocational assessments, vocational counselling, job
search support and return‑to‑work planning, delivered in collaboration with
insurers, referrers and treating teams where appropriate.
Our experienced allied health team also supports individuals who have
sustained catastrophic or complex injuries, working closely with treatment
providers to ensure coordinated, realistic and outcome‑focused planning. Our
goal is to maximise independence, build vocational capability and support
sustainable participation in the workforce wherever possible.

We support former serving members and those transitioning through discharge who are navigating the Department of Veterans’ Affairs system, including veterans living with a broad range of physical and psychological injuries or health impacts. Our approach is respectful, trauma‑informed and individualised, recognising that while every veteran’s experience of service and transition is different, service can have lasting effects on health, identity, relationships and participation in everyday life. With many years’ experience working alongside veterans, we understand that some may encounter challenges such as isolation, changes in connection or flow‑on impacts for families, while others may need support at specific points in their lives. We work with veterans and their families to support recovery, build confidence and strengthen connection, promoting meaningful and sustainable participation in work and life at a pace that feels realistic and respectful.

We work with individuals eligible for Lifetime Care & Support schemes,
providing long‑term, outcome‑focused support following serious or catastrophic
injury.
Our services are designed to enhance functional independence, participation
and quality of life, with careful consideration of each individual’s goals,
capacity and changing needs over time. We collaborate closely with treatment
teams, families and scheme stakeholders to ensure support is coordinated,
practical and responsive.
Our team includes a qualified Care Needs Assessor, able to undertake
comprehensive care needs assessments within this scheme. Through thoughtful
assessment, planning and ongoing support, we help individuals build capability
and engage in meaningful activities, including vocational participation where
appropriate.
