Claudia brings a thoughtful, grounded, and highly skilled approach to complex clinical and workplace environments. As an experienced Occupational Therapist and Chief Compliance Officer, she is recognised for her strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to bring clarity to clinically, organisationally, or operationally challenging situation.

With over 18 years’ experience in workplace rehabilitation, Claudia has extensive expertise in cognitive and physical assessment, rehabilitation and return‑to‑work services. Her background includes cognitive rehabilitation, functional assessment, and evidence‑based return‑to‑work and vocational rehabilitation planning, ensuring compliance‑aligned and defensible practice within high‑risk, multidisciplinary environments.

Claudia has significant experience conducting Physical Work Performance Evaluations (PWPE) and a wide range of workplace‑based assessments and interventions, including:

  • Ergonomic and workstation assessments
  • Worksite and task‑specific functional assessments
  • Forklift and safety‑critical role assessments
  • Cognitive and physical demands analysis

She has a strong understanding of how cognitive, physical and psychosocial factors interact to influence work performance, safety and sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes, particularly in physically demanding or cognitively complex roles.

Claudia also has extensive experience supporting veterans and DVA clients, undertaking ADL assessments, functional evaluations and complex capacity assessments to inform rehabilitation planning, return‑to‑function goals and long‑term outcomes. A qualified clinician in FIM and WeeFIM, she works confidently in highly complex contexts, balancing objective, evidence‑based decision‑making with genuine care.
